Are you interested in photographing the daily life, the streets and architecture of Zagreb? Or does capturing the spirit of Zagreb by night with city lights and long exposures sound more fun and challenging? You are free to pick the time that would work the best for you and I will do my best to help you as your photography mentor.
Who is the workshop for?
Literally anyone with in an interest in learning or improving photography. No matter how old you are, whether you are a complete amateur or know a thing or two about photography, the intense and fun photography course will enable you to master your photography skills.
What will you learn?
- exposure and how to do it correctly,
- aperture and how to play with the depth of field,
- white balance, color and contrast,
- direct and diffuse light ,
- composition, aesthetic theory and how to make a photograph instead of just taking it
You will learn all that you need to know, so you can move away from that automatic (A) mode and start using your camera in the manual (M) mode to correctly expose and compose amazing photographs.
Where are workshops being held?
The meeting point is Park Zrinjevac and the workshops are held in Lower Town and Upper Town and the workshop includes a free drink.
How long does a workshop last?
About 4 hours and that includes some walking, so be sure to wear something comfortable. Keep yourself cool during the summer and warm during the winter.
Can you choose the time for a workshop?
Of course, it is all up to you. We can do it from 9 to 13 (9 AM to 1 PM) or from 18 to 22 (6 PM to 10 PM). If that doesn’t work for you, we can figure out a schedule that would work the best for you. What do you need to bring?
For the best experience, be sure to bring your camera (any mirrorless or a DSLR camera will do), some good mood and enthusiasm as this is the key to obtaining great results.
WORKSHOP PRICES
- The price for a single individual workshop is: 150,00 €
- The price for a couple (your partner, family member, cousin or a friend) is: 220,00 €
The price includes tuition in photography basics, one warm or refreshing drink per person and a dozen photographs of workshop participants taken by the mentor.
